JDCELEARN is a Civil Engineering review app developed by Engr. Jobert De La Cruz, designed to make CE Board Exam preparation flexible, accessible, and self-paced.
Whether you use it alongside a review center or as a supplementary review platform, JDCELEARN provides access to quality review materials anytime, anywhere.
Key Features
JDCELEARN currently focuses on CE Past Board Exam–Inspired Lectures, designed primarily for refresher-type discussions and self-paced learning.
The app also offers PSAD Review Fundamentals, which is currently under development and available at an introductory rate.
Current Course Subscriptions
JDCELEARN is designed to serve as either a supplementary learning resource or a primary review tool, allowing learners to incorporate it into their existing CE review resources based on their individual study needs.
At present, Engr. JDC and JDCELEARN do not yet offer a structured CE review program. However, we look forward to introducing a structured review program in the future.
We are also continuously working to expand our course offerings and introduce more courses alongside our existing programs to provide learners with more resources for their Civil Engineering board exam preparation.

If your course has expired, you can still log in to your JDCELEARN account. Access to the expired course will remain restricted until your renewal is completed and approved.
You may also renew before your course expires. Any remaining days will automatically be added to your renewed access.

To add a new course to your JDCELEARN account:
After submitting your request, please wait for admin approval. Once approved, the course will be added to your account.
You can link up to 3 devices to your JDCE Learn account. You can only use 1 device at a time.
When you log in on a different device, you will be automatically logged out of your previous device.
If you need to link a new device after reaching the 3-device limit, you can unlink one of your existing devices:
You can use the app without an internet connection for e-books and practice exams, as the offline download feature is now available.
However, lecture videos require a stable internet connection to stream and watch.
When your course access expires, your subscription will automatically end. However, you can still log in to your JDCELearn account anytime and easily renew your subscription manually to continue your learning journey.
